Following our continuous communications since 01 June 2026, this serves
as your final 48-hour reminder that our hard dead-stop for executing the
statutory Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is 15 June 2026.
To clarify why this immediate timeline is mandatory ahead of the
Information Regulator's absolute portal closure on 30 June 2026:
* Internal Audit Buffer: We require the period between 15 June and 30
June to audit, log, and securely freeze all third-party data workflows.
* PAIA Submission Readiness: This internal window ensures our data
frameworks are fully compliant before mandatory annual reporting to the
Information Regulator closes.
* Service Protection: We cannot and will not risk entering the final
regulatory reporting window with un-remedied compliance gaps on our
infrastructure.
What happens next:
If your signed DPA is not received by the close of business on 15 June
2026, we will immediately initiate the deactivation and suspension of
your data processing, hosting, and communication services. This step is
legally required to protect both organizations from severe statutory
liability and regulatory scrutiny.
Please execute and immediately return the agreement already sent to you
at least twice, to prevent the automated disruption and offboarding of
your services.
